Especially at night <strong>overtown <\/strong>and <strong>Liberty City<\/strong> both have the highest violent crime rate in Miami and should be avoided <strong>at all times <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is also a problem with <strong>homelessness, <\/strong>with many shantytowns set up on the flyovers.
